Website hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to deliver and protect the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a working and secure website.

Visitor analytics

We use Umami Cloud with the EU as the data region to measure page views, approximate visitor numbers and where visits come from. Umami processes information such as pages visited, browser and device details, and the visitor's country. Umami does not use cookies. IP addresses are used to calculate statistics but are not stored. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website. Statistics are available for six months.

Contact form

When you send the form, we receive your name, email address, and any company name, selected services and message you provide. We use this information only to reply and, if you wish, discuss a possible project. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

Formspree processes and stores submissions for us in the United States. Formspree says it uses standard contractual clauses to protect this transfer. We also receive the submission by email.

Retention

We delete enquiries within 12 months of the last contact, unless we need the information for an active project or a legal retention obligation.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its use. Contact us through the form. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
